My name is Martin Jacobs and I am an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Caldwell, NJ. I have been in private practice for 27 years. I always thought that I had a pretty good practice until several years ago when I realized that my accounts receivables were very high. I had been complaining to my accountant that I was having a hard time paying my bills. Shortly after this, my accountant took courses with Sterling. He called me up one day and said that he had the solution to my problem. He gave me Sterling’s phone number and told me to call them. I did, in fact, call Sterling and spoke to them about my accounts receivables. They suggested a more in-depth analysis of my practice to see what I actually needed. They suggested an on-site program to get me started immediately.
When I started their tailored-program, they asked me to write down some goals that I had. I wrote down five things that I wanted to accomplish.I wanted to hire an associate, renovate and expand my office, reduce my accounts receivables, increase my practice gross and sell my big house and downsize to a townhouse. Now after about four years with Sterling I found the piece of paper I placed in my desk drawer. It was surely a surprise that I reached all of my goals. Well, all of these things came true and I more than tripled my practice all because of Sterling’s management techniques. I find that my life is much more enjoyable and stress-free and I have a lot more free time to spend with my new grandson.
I would recommend Sterling to anyone who wants to get the most out of their practice and their life.
