The Practice Really Came Together

I would like to take a moment to tell you about the success I have experienced with a consulting company called Sterling and how it has helped me greatly increase efficiency in my business.

As many of you know, I merged my accounting practice with Mandell & Mandell in January of 2002. I went from being a sole practitioner with three employees to managing a firm of fifteen employees. The management part of the practice was my biggest challenge. That’s when I decided to use a consulting company. Prior to implementing what I have learned from Sterling, this would have been impossible to do.

The practice really came together. This is greatly due to the fact that I learned how to reorganize the practice so that I wasn’t doing all the jobs in the organization. By learning how to hire better personnel, I was able to delegate to competent people. I also learned how to implement a compensation program based on individual employee production, making our company twice as productive with less overhead.

We run our practice on key statistics that we track on a weekly basis. The productive employees flourish, while the nonproductive employees move on. This allows me to be in control of expanding our business. It is a very simple system and does not require a degree in accounting to learn.

I strongly recommend you take a look at the DVD Sterling will send you, receive the no-charge consultation and consider letting them help you to streamline your business and increase productivity and expansion for your company.
